Three golds for India in World Cup

Indian Shooter Manu Bhakkar set a world record of 244.7 points and won a gold medal in the Junior Women's 10m Air Pistol Section Final on November 21st in Putin, China. Jorana Arunovich (Serbia-241.9) won silver and Qian Wang (China-221.8) won the bronze.





India's Ilavanil Valarivan bagged the gold medal in the women's 10-meter air rifle category. She topped the final with a score of 250.8 points. Lin Ying Shin (Taiwan-250.7) and Laura Georgetta Koman (Romania-229) finished second and third respectively. On the other hand, 17-year-old Indian youth shooter Dwyamish won gold in the junior men's 10m air rifle category with 250.1 points. Istvan Penny (Hungary-250) won silver and Patrick Janie (Slovakia-228.4) won bronze.
